Dot NAME Domain Name Registrations

Established in 2001, the Dot NAME domain name extension is the only one supposed to be for personal sites only. These domain names can consist of personal or fictitious names, nicknames and/or other designations people are popular by. At first, just 3rd-level registrations were possible, so if you wished to obtain john.doe.name, you had to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration procedures were liberalized and second-level registrations were also permitted. Already grabbed 3rd-level names remained operational.

You will be able to modify the WHOIS contacts, to park your domain, to set up Custom DNS records, etc. You can also move over an already registered domain to our company if you get its EPP transfer authorization key from the current registration provider and we will renew it after the transfer has been done.
