This is why we offer you our Administration Services solution – we promise to maintain a full backup copy of your Linux VPS, not just of your web sites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run every week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your VPS to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & configure special software programs on it. And if this seems like something much too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Administration Services offer, is the ideal solution for you. While using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our practiced server administrators who will install any software package or fix any problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an extra feature.
